The head of Yakutia Aisen Nikolaev signed amendments to the Decree from 1 July 2020 g. № 1294 "On the extension of measures to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)», which allows with 1 Martha 2021 to resume the work of gyms, covered arenas, ski bases, indoor ice rinks, sports and leisure organizations for citizens to engage in physical culture and sports.
The decree also explains, that training sessions are allowed under the programs of additional education and sports training, as well as the work of testing centers of the All-Russian physical culture and health complex "Ready for work and defense" for passing the standards of the All-Russian physical culture and health complex "Ready for labor and defense".
At the same time, the Ministry of Sports of Yakutia recalls, that sporting events take place in front of empty stands, without spectators until the release of a special order.
«In all cities and municipalities of the republic, work is underway to resume the work of sports facilities in a regular mode, where the main conditions remain the same - compliance with sanitary and hygienic restrictions of norms and distance. Besides, the occupancy of the object should be no more than 50 percent of the total number of visitors», – noted the Minister of Physical Culture and Sports of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Innocent Grigoriev.
In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) sports facilities, training sessions and sports and leisure activities are allowed only subject to compliance with the Methodological Recommendations “МР 3.1/2.1.0192-20. 3.1. Prevention of infectious diseases. 2.1. Communal hygiene. Recommendations for the prevention of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in institutions of physical culture and sports (indoor and outdoor sports facilities, sports and recreation centers, swimming pools and fitness clubs). Guidelines", approved by the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation from 4 June 2020 of the year.
